Lore ("we", "us", or "our") operates getlore.studio. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it brief because we believe your attention is valuable.

Information we collect

• Your name and email address when you create an account or place an order.
• Photographs you upload for restoration — stored securely and never shared.
• Shipping address when you purchase a print.
• Payment details, processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic usage data (page views, browser type) via anonymised analytics.

How we use it

• To restore and return your photographs.
• To process and ship your print orders.
• To send transactional emails about your order (never marketing without consent).
• To improve the restoration pipeline and website experience.

Your photographs

The images you upload are used solely to perform the restoration you requested. We do not use them to train AI models, sell them, or share them with third parties. Uploaded files are retained for 90 days after your order is fulfilled, then permanently deleted.

Third-party services

We work with a small number of trusted service providers to handle payment processing, secure data storage, fulfilment, and AI-assisted restoration. Each provider is bound by data processing agreements and may only use your information for the specific purpose we engage them for. Images shared with restoration processing services are not retained beyond the duration of the request.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@getlore.studio. We will respond within 14 days.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of Lore after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
